I'm not running hard, I'm going with what feels easy, not strenuous...and I'm not "training" again as of yet...I just want to run because I miss not running. The 60 minutes though this weekend are approved by Hal!! I promise I'll take it slow and try to keep to a 10 minute mile pace. I definitely do not want to be injured. The rollerblading was for fun. I'm not sure about the racing, but the theory sounds good.
