You'd think the deals would be killer but so far nothing quite at the price I'm willing and I haven't done much looking for financing except through a bank...thing is, how bad do I really want it?

- I finally work in a job I like, that I'm fairly good at, and am hoping to start work on an MBA in the next few months. I also run. A LOT! I hate the cold, which is why it's strange that I'm still in MN, but what do you do? My favorite place to be is any tropical beach, by the ocean, relaxing...my ideal would be to get up each morning for a run on the beach and spend each evening watching sunset from the balcony of my master bedroom, but until that day, I run where I can, and see the beach when I can.
